Superdry Watch Collection Launched for Christmas

Superdry have made a name for themselves for their contemporary fashion ranges, very quickly becoming one of those labels you seem to see just about everywhere.

The Japanese graphics combined with American styling sent ripples throughout the UK retail environment from the first store opening in Covent Garden in 2004. Now the brand have launched their very first range of watches that have the ingredients to become just as popular as the clothing with the Superdry populace.

Working with one of the most respected watch design studios in the UK, the Superdry watch collection includes an array of contemporary designs from vintage inspired raw leather pieces through to chunky steel bracelets and clean preppy styles. There are also some bold modern looks influenced by military classics, the pop world and deep sea diving.

Superdry have a strong brand identity and the watches sit perfectly within that, with each watch featuring the brand logo – whether hot stamped on the leather or on an orange copper rivet on the strap and first eyelet.

The military styles for men come in the form of the Colosseum, Thor and Triton Multi which have bold, easy to read multi dial functions and tachometers with heavy duty straps to give a wearable functional feel. The diver inspired Scuba and Premuim Scuba are stand out items with their stark silicone straps and shades that are bound to make an impression.

The women’s collection follows the men’s aesthetic, with the industrial, bracelet-style Infantry Steel. Or you can choose to go preppy – the Eton range with its clean simple lines and slim leather strap adds a varsity look to the collection. The vintage-inspired Aurora watches come in heavily burnished brown leather with thick stitching and colour-pop, butter-soft leather backing.

It looks as though Superdry are ticking the boxes for their customers with this first watch collection launched with perfect timing for Christmas!
