Marios on the Red Carpet for AW13/14

Inventively mixing the weird and wonderful with amazing conceptual fashion vision as ever, we thought you would love to see these images of the new AW13/14 collection by Marios.

Marios describe themselves as a brand for contempories and modernettes, and with artistic functionality high on the list they are a firm favourite. The stand out piece is the red carpet Gobelin dress hand made by Ewa Chacianowska literally turning celebrity on its head and making the carpet the centre of the show. The texture looks just amazing, and makes you desparate to sink your hands into it.

But the Marios aw13/14 collection doesn’t end there, with other favourites the metallic shift dress covered in oversized black spots, foil look coats and trousers, square cut tops and dresses in electric blues and neutrals. Oh – and if you like the carpets but can’t stand the red variety you can also get it in blue or grey.
