Portraits: Romanian Life in the UK – Short Film from O2 International Sim

As we’ve mentioned previously O2 International Sim have been actively supporting a raft of Romanian art and culture in the UK over the last few months.

They supported the recent fEAST festival that took place in London recently. The Romanian music festival brought six Romanian acts who performed in some our most respected venues including The Borderline and The Garage in October.

They are also supporters of the Romanian Film Festival that will is continuing to tour the UK with a thought provoking selection of films throughout November and December. O2 International Sim have now produced a short film that focuses on a small group of remarkable Romanians who have made a new life for themselves and made an impact in their adopted country. Portraits: Romanian Life in the UK is an uplifting film that shows how three people’s lives are transformed after they chose to live in the UK. We get to see the extraordinary talents of violinist Remus Azoitei who is bringing his knowledge to music students at the Royal Academy of Music. There’s also a profile of photographer Alecsandra Dragoi who deli owner Illenea Florea who are both creating waves in their respective fields.
