Control that hair: Win three Tangle Teezer hairbrushes of your choice

You’re probably already familiar with the Cinderella story of Tangle Teezer. Hair colourist and founder Shaun Pulfrey developed the idea of a professional detangling brush in 2003, remortgaged his flat in 2005 to pay for the product launch and took the product to BBC’s Dragon’s Den in 2007.

On the show, Shaun Pulfrey pitched the concept to Peter Jones, Duncan Bannatyne, James Caan and Deborah Meaden – where he was rejected. When the show was aired, however, 1,500 orders were placed, crashing his website.

The rest, as they say, is history, with the product described as ‘life-changing’, ‘magic’, and the ‘must-have brush’ with a number of celebrity endorsements!

The Tangle Teezer hairbrushes range has now expanded. From ‘The Original Detangling hairbrush’, a detangling product for wet and dry hair, there is now a ‘Compact Styler’ for when you’re on-the-go, a ‘Salon Elite’ for hair stylists, the ‘Magic Flowerpot’ for children, the ‘Aqua Splash’ for around the pool and the ‘Thick & Curly’, especially created for thick curly and afro hair. Tangle Teezer also has a range of Blow-Styling Smoothing Tools for styling when drying.

You can view the full range on the Tangle Teezer website.
