F##ked Up – Watch ‘Turn The Season’ video

I really like this mesmerising video for F##ked Up latest single ‘Turn the Season’. The video has an otherworldly feel to it. It was shot during the photoshoot for the album ‘David Comes to Life’ which has had a lot of praise heaped upon it since its release earlier this year.

It features familiar faces actors & characters from the ‘Queen Of Hearts’ and ‘The Other Shoe’ videos as well as the characters from the 7″ series of companion singles around the room. It gives me a slightly giddy, seasick kind of feel in this ultimate penopticon scenario. Us watching them watching themselves as the mad, bad dangerous world lies just outside the window where the video / photoshoot is taking place. All very still and looping until Abraham from the band stands up and walks to the window. Nice surprise that bit. Click below and take a look for yourself.

Interesting F##ked Up Fact

Had to share this with you. In November 2008, the band participated with other similarly named bands, including Holy F##k, F##k and F##k Buttons in the Festival of the F##k Bands music festival in the village of Fucking, Austria. (Yes, it’s a real place)
