Big Bucks and Star Names for Hot Chip’s latest Video
This is something. Those purveyors of fine wobbly pop, Hot Chip have gone all big bucks with their latest video. Lots of mysterious dancing monks and religious iconography, along with spaceships and a large egg creature. Good wholesome fun.
This is all a rather lavish visual backdrop for their latest release ‘Night and Day’. There’s some large and lesser spotted stars packed into the video too -good for celeb spotters. The crazily catchy song powers along to the action. Directed by Peter Serafinowicz the video features David Walliam’s model wife Lara Stone alongside Terrance Stamp and Reggie Watts.
The video was ‘Night & Day’ is taken from the band’s upcomg album ‘In Our Heads’ and will be released on 4 June, 2012. See the video below:
