K-Way: Win a Pac-a-Mac by the Classic Wet Weather Brand

Essential for the British summer and with festival season kicking off, K-Way are the crucial outdoor jacket, perfect for keeping you dry during summer showers. And we’re super happy to offer you the chance to win your very own original waterproof pac-a-mac by the classic wet weather brand.

So you’re speculating on the summer to come, and looking out at a dreary June sky. You’re beginning to realise that your dreams of a sunny UK holiday or festival weekend are just that. Thoughts turn to Plan B – enjoying your days off with stylish waterproofing!

K-Way was originally imagined in 1965, when founder Leon Claude Duhamel was watching from a Parisian café as rain plummeted from the heavy, dark clouds, ricocheting off the saturated pavement. Disgruntled Parisians rushed by in wet clothes … and just like that, the K-Way lightweight pac-a-mac was born.

The pac-a-mac is of course the essential-classic for the UK summer. You’ll remember them from childhood away-days, unrolling and throwing over your head as the unexpected shower hit the pavement. It’s a race to beat the shower, and then you’re dry inside your cocoon, smugly laughing at those who did not have the foresight to chuck theirs in with their sandwiches and sunglasses.

K-Way’s range runs from the lightweight, packaway waterproof through to lined windbreakers to cycling ponchos to goose-down padded parkas. Styles come in shades to match everyone’s style from fluorescent brights to military camo to sober neutrals with retro-striped zips and logos. The season’s most covetable classic waterproof.

COMPETITION: To celebrate festival season, we have a K-Way jacket worth over £50 to give away to a lucky reader. The winner will be able to choose from a Leon 2.0, Claude 2.0 or Claudette 2.0 style jacket, all with taped seams and drawcords, in the size and colour of their choice.
