Koalabi – Australian sheepskin boots in UK

The season it is well and truly changing. So now we’re done with Fashion Weeks showing us what we’re going to be wearing when everything heats up, it’s back down to the business of making sure we’re warm through the winter in sheepskin boots.

So it’s great timing for a UK launch from an established Australian sheepskin brand. Koalabi began to make their sheepskin boots in Melbourne in 1989. So that’s over 23 years of quality sheepskin footwear in the bag from a brand that’s already a household name in Australia and Asia.

Koalabi’s luxury sheepskin boots makes you feel like you are walking on a cloud in all weather. And whilst the soft natural fleece on the inside lets your feet breathe, the designs take on the fashion fraternity with buckles, lace-ups, fringing and sequins.

Now, there is some debate on the rights and wrongs of the perennial and trusty sheepskin boot so far as style goes – but for its many fashion hungry fans, Koalabi is a great new addition to the European footwear landscape.

Koalabi have eco-friendly credentials too, using natural materials sourced direct from the tanneries in their manufacture. Perhaps that excludes the sequins, but otherwise expect only A-grade double-faced Australian sheepskin in these handmade, reinforced boots.
