5 Reasons Why It Is Practical to Own Hyundai Tucson

Hyundai Tucson

With new models on the market, it’s easy to become confused about which car to buy. Many brands have made a strong start, while others have fallen short.

Nonetheless, the Hyundai Tucson is one of the most popular vehicles, and its popularity is legitimate. As a midsize SUV, it provides technology that is simply enjoyable and exciting, while other components play critical roles in safety.

Here are some of the reasons why the 2021 Hyundai Tucson is a practical vehicle to purchase.

1.     Unique Design

Whether on the road or in a parking lot, the Hyundai Tucson is unmistakably stylish. It’s large but not overly so and has a distinctive design with appealing grilles and clean lines.

The Hyundai Tucson is outfitted with the Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design philosophy, which emphasises natural shapes over typical harsh angles. The parametric hidden lights on the Tucson give it a piercing appearance, and the chiselled surfaces provide a stunning contrast between a sleek and masculine form. Rigid athletic shapes flow into sharp wheel arches, with alloy wheels providing a fierce and dynamic posture.

It not only has an appealing, streamlined frame, but it also has various details that give it a more modern appearance. It may include LED highlights as well as LED Daytime Running Lights, headlights, and taillights. Front fog lights, a chrome accent grille, and chrome door handles are just a few of the styling options for the 2021 Tucson.

Additionally, its futuristic appearance can be customised to your liking with nine exterior colours, including three new ones: Shimmering Silver, Amazon Gray, and Teal. A two-tone roof in Phantom Black or Dark Knight is also available for additional customisation. It’s a car that you’ll enjoy looking at as much as driving.

2.     Impressive Performance and Reliability

The Tucson is equipped with a 16-Valve In-Line 4-Cylinder, 2.0 MP Gasoline Engine, producing 155 maximum power HP/6,200 rpm and 196 nm Torque kg-m/4,000 rpm. It is available with a 6-speed automatic transmission. This means that drivers can rely on Tucson to transport them from point A to point B in comfort.

The Hyundai Tucson is also fuel-efficient, with a 4.6 L/100km rating (61mpg). What you get in the real world depends on how you drive (just like any other car), but it compares favourably to other cars of comparable size and class.

3.     Comfortable and Spacious Interior

The Hyundai Tucson offers plenty of space with fantastic, proportioned seats and good all-around support. It’s cosy and comfortable for short trips as well as longer ones. Passengers are protected from sounds of the traffic, environment and engine thanks to effective insulation.

Families prefer SUVs to compact sedans because of the extra space. Roominess and cabin area would be the least of your issues with Tucson. This new SUV is 1,850 mm wide, 4,480 mm long, and 1,660 mm high, with a 2,670mm wheelbase so that you can fit a lot inside, from camping gear to sports-day supplies. You can even travel anywhere with your family without leaving anything behind.

The ride is robust and polished because the excellent tyres and suspension absorb all of the impacts from road bumps and potholes. Hyundai claims that there is more than enough knee, head, and legroom for five passengers to have a pleasant journey, while its wide and roomy cargo area offers enough storage space for their luggage.

4.     Advanced Features and Safety

Hyundai has placed a strong emphasis on safety in recent years. Vehicles must have the ability to perform a lot on their own in terms of staying on course and protecting passengers, and Tucson is a prime example of this. It has various features that not only make driving easier but also ensure the driver’s and passengers’ safety.

The dual-cockpit is entirely digitally programmable, with a new 10.25-inch open cluster and AVN-T screen, which allows for a more personalised and high-tech user experience. It has cutting-edge Bluelink connected car services, including Connected Routing, Last Mile Navigation, and a new User Profile Feature. Passengers will also use the Bluelink app to find their vehicle, lock and unlock it remotely, and see vehicle attributes.

The Tucson is also loaded with technology, from the touch screen display, which is standard on all models, to the cruise control. The SUV comes standard with several driver-support features, including lane-keeping assist, frontal collision warning, and automated emergency braking. A basic driver attention warning system will issue a warning if the driver’s eyes are not focused on the road.

The Tucson offers blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic warning, starting with the Value level. Higher trims include pedestrian detection and a camera surveillance system with a 360-degree view. All of these elements are designed to assist drivers in becoming more aware of their surroundings.

5.     Smooth Drive

Apart from all the great features mentioned above, the Tucson is also enjoyable to drive, which cannot be stated about many cars in this class. It is powerful enough to overtake or pull away on a steep slope, and the brakes are reassuring.

The steering is swift, with little roll while travelling through curves. The new Tucson is outfitted with best-in-class advanced driver-assistance technologies and an active safety package with a slew of innovative features, providing occupants with peace of mind.

The three-zone climate control system accommodates passengers in the backseat as well as those in the front. To add to the comfort, both front and back passengers have heated seats, and the vehicle’s front has ventilated seats.

Passengers in the back may now sleep uninterrupted on longer trips thanks to rear sleeping mode, which allows front passengers to listen to their favourite audio without disturbing sleeping passengers in the back.

All in all, the Hyundai Tucson has unmistakably progressed from its earlier, almost unremarkable economy automobiles to producing some of the most beautiful and powerful vehicles laden with amenities, top-of-the-line equipment, and driver comforts.

The SUV, ranging from $34,500 – $53,000, checks all the boxes and provides excellent value for money to customers. It distinguishes itself from the competition with five different strengths, as underlined by Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc. (HARI) in promoting its “classic” SUV.

The Tucson has always been the “go-to” midsize SUV, which is unlikely to change anytime soon.
