Tenue de Nîmes meets Nigel Cabourn | Video

Last year,  Tenue de Nîmes went to Newcastle to visit Nigel Cabourn to share a sneak preview of his 2011 Spring Summer menswear collection.

Tenue de Nîmes is a denim inspired boutique in Amsterdam where everything between the walls is interconnected and has an underlying link to the heritage of jeans. In this video of the visit, Nigel Cabourn tells us about his search for old designs, materials and fabrics. He shared some of his most bizarre finds and describes his quest to put these finds in a contemporary, Nigel Cabourn perspective.  His SS11 theme – The Submarine – is a naval season with a true Cabourn touch. We are honored to share such an outstanding introduction to the menswear collection.
