You can never be too much you – Georg Jensen in bold new move

We’re used to advertisements showing dynamic women doing dynamic things but they usually just feature actors or models.

This new video from Georg Jensen boldly takes this one step further and features real women, roles models, who have risen to the top in their chosen field.

There are powerful women and this shines through in the film which celebrates the attributes and abilities that have taken them so far. Georg Jensen have been at the cutting edge of Jewellery design for 112 years and they are breaking down boundaries with women helping to drive that success. This year saw the appointment of the first female CEO when Eva-Lotta Sjöstedt took the helm. The senior management team itself is 50% female. They wanted to reflect this positive philosophy in their marketing when is how this bold campaign came about.

The film – You can never be too much you – was also directed by a women – award winning film director Susanne Bier. The other role models featured in the campaign are world champion welterweight boxer Cecilia Brækhus from Norway, renowned Australian comedian Sarah Kendall, professional motocross rider Behnaz Shafiei from Iran and Dominique Crenn – the world’s best female chef from the US. These are all truly inspirational and have proved themselves, sometimes against the odds, and risen to the top.

“The women featured are powerful role models, and we’re very proud to be featuring them in the campaign” says Eva-Lotta Sjöstedt.
